The solutions we propose are focused on high quality of the obtained product while optimizing the costs of its production. Each of the completed projects is carefully thought out and planned using advanced IT tools and professional software – including Catia, Creo / ProEngineer or NX.

Within our Designing Department works a team responsible for preparing the virtual simulations of robotic cells. We possess licenses for Process Designer and Process Simulate and are able to simulate processes of a complete manufacturing line or a complete technological process. Already at this stage we are checking the correctness of the assumptions in order to minimize the error risk and to possibly shorten the time for the start-up of the application in your plant.

As a supplier of complete systems for diverse industries we are programming our installations on our own. Our specialists run and integrate automated systems, creating software for controllers PLC Siemens, Allen Bradley, Phoenix Contact, Mitsubishi Electric, in all environments such as Simatic Step7, TIA Portal, RSLogix, GX-Works or PC Worx. Our solutions fulfill the individual requirements of our Customers as well as all the safety regulations. Our know-how enables us to automatize almost any process, to produce visualizations and to integrate production management systems. We program industrial robots of all major manufacturers such as e.g.Kuka, Fanuc, Abb, Yaskawa, Panasonic, Mitsubishi.

Our technological competence enables us to produce prototypes and pre-series parts. Upon the request of our Customers we can also produce prototype devices for manual or automatic production of parts. The possibility of achieving the ready part produced directly in our installation being still in our hall enables our Customers to check their quality expectations and to analyze the functionality of the whole system.
